The Phoenix Suns showed some serious character by defeating the NBA's "dirtiest" team, the San Antonio Spurs last night 104 to 98 in San Antonio. The Suns trailed most of the game and once again couldn't seem to get a break with the officiating team on the floor. This has become a common occurance as players such as Tim Duncan are allowed to lower their shoulder and over power opponents without getting called for the charge.
The amazing thing is that the Suns were able to fight through this adversity and prevail in a tough, highly physical game that normally would have gone to the Spurs.
I am looking forward to the next game in Phoenix and hoping the Suns get some calls to go their way for a change.
